Negitoro Battera: Pressed sushi with tuna belly, scallions, avocada & sesame topped with home made soy dressing & seaweed sauce - 3

Lightly Smoked Tuna Tataki: with home made chili oil on a bed of sliced onion topped with scallions - 2

Tomato Kimchi: Kimchi marinated tomato with chinese chives & cilantro oil - 2

Yellowtail Carpaccio - 2

Chinese Poutine: French fries topped with spicy ground pork sauce, mozzarella, chili oil, sansho and minced cilantro - 2

Chicken Karaage: Famous Japanese 'o-sho' style deep fried chicken served with sansho jui (Japanese salt & pepper) - 2

Tuna kama: cheek - 2

J's comment > salmon kama better

Grilled Duck: Grilled duck breast with tomato, Granny Smith apple slices and 'special' sauce (balsamic, soy, butter & Japanese pepper) - 2

Hotate Carpaccio - 2

J's comment > slightly too much sauce and sauce too sweet

Hellz chicken - 1

J's comment > way too spicy, can't even taste the chicken
