Stuffed Chicken Wings: Marinated chicken stuffed with vermicelli & thai spices. Served with Plum sauce - 2+

Green curry with chicken and basil: Chicken or prawns, with coconut milk, green curry paste, fish sauce, palm sugar, bamboo shoots, eggplant, chillies and Thai basil - 2+

Pad Thai: Rice noodles stir fried with chicken, egg, bean sprouts, palm sugar, in a Tamarind sauce. Served with ground peanuts, chilli powder, banana flower, garlic chives, fresh lime - 2

Young Coconut Creme Brulee: Baked in young coconut with vanilla bean custard topped with caramelized vanilla sugar - 2
