NB: This is the lobster & beef special 4 course, only available Thursdays through Saturday night. The menu changes every so often, so don't be surprised if you don't see the items here when you go.

Vanilla Bean Lobster 'Cocktail': Crème fraiche fondue, raspberry tarragon gel, micro salad, sweet spiced walnut powder - 2+

(before the pour) Lobster Bisque 'Tom Yum': Calypso shrimp, colcannon bacon ragout, lemongrass emulsion - 2+

(after the pour) Lobster Bisque 'Tom Yum'

Beef Tenderloin: Curried sweet potato puree, forest mushrooms, striped beet gastrique, pommery - 2+

Amuse Bouche - 1

Bread & butter - 2

J's comment > nutty bread pretty good, but butter kinda bland and hard to spread
