Humboldt Squid with Moroccan sausage, poblano pepper, olives - 2+

Thai Glazed Pork Belly with spiced basmati rice, pineapple, coconut curry sauce - 2+

Pacific Provider Salmon with navy beans, pork jowl, pickled cabbage, oyster sauce - 2+

Oxtail Broth with cilantro, carrots, ginger - 2

Bread and butter - 2+

Dark Chocolate Praline Bar, caramelized milk semifreddo, hazelnut crumble - 2+

J's comment > tasted like Ferrero Rocher but better

Diva's Caramelized Stilton Cheesecake, rhubarb & port reduction - 2+

J's comment > you can really taste the blue cheese!

Divine cocktail: Beefeater gin infused with pear rooibos tea, maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon, simple syrup, garnished with calvados, apple foam & angostura bitters - 2+

Pineapple smash: Pineapple shrub, lemon, simple syrup, pineapple/aloe water - 2
