Slowly braised boneless Wagyu beef short ribs with ginger scented wild prawns creme fraiche & horseradish whipped potatoes, pickled vegetables - 2

J's comment > I don't think I like Wagyu braised... first time trying it this way; I'll stay away from this style in the future.

Large homemade ravioli with Steelhead salmon & Dungeness crab silky lobster emulsion - 2

J's comment > salmon slightly fishy

Roasted porcini mushroom soup topped with shaved chestnut, dollop of cream & brioche crouton - 2

Bread and butter - 2

Luxe lemon mille-feuilles delicate layers of crispy phyllo pastry, chilled lemon cream & lemon parfait - 2+

Chocolate wonton - 2

J's comment > can't help comparing the lemon dessert to Oru's lemon tart; Oru wins. The chocolate wonton tasted like a better version of deep fried Mars bars

Delice of golden delicious apple strudel & tarte homemade pistachio ice cream - 2

J's comment > skillful in making a thin crust for the apple strudel, but I would have preferred the crust to the crispy; and I've also never been a fan of apple desserts

Chocolate petit fours - 2+
