Sunchoke Veloute soup: Celery salad, focaccia croutons - 3

Chicken & Duck Liver Parfait: Strawberry puree, agassiz walnuts - 3

Smoked Salmon Pate: Chili mayonnaise, crispy capers - 3

J's comment > Tastes like tuna and no fishy at all!

Line-Caught Ling Cod: Tomato risotto, wild watercress - 2+

J's comment > loved, loved, loved the fish, but risotto was slightly too al dente for my liking

'North Arm Farm' Beetroots: Goats' cheese mousse, nutty-oat soil, shaved radish - 2+

Seared Albacore Tuna: Red pepper gel, quails' egg, grilled red onion - 2+

Rabbit Terrine: Smoked ham, savoy cabbage - 2

Braised Angus Short Rib: Potato puree, collard greens, thumbelina carrots, natural jus - 2

J's comment > very tender, but slightly dry and slightly lacking in flavour. 'overbraised'?

Confit of Duck Ragu: Shredded confit of duck, granny smith apple, root vegetable & lentil ragu - 2

Dark Chocolate Mousse: Orange scented pastry cream, vanilla sponge, espresso sorbet - 3

Petit Fours: Macarons - 2

Extra note
This tasting menu was a Groupon special so most of the items came from various other tasting menus. Tables were tiny though, (seriously, don't bring anything more than your wallet and your phone) and the age of the restaurant shows. My companion said the restaurant smelled a bit like toilet cleaner fluid, which I concur. We got seated next to a vent that was dripping, but it was a full house. However, the dishes more than make up for these drawbacks. I would definitely come back for my 3's.
