Beef Carpaccio: Green onion, ginger, tamarind, wasabi, sesame cracker - 2+

J's comment > lovely carpaccio, but cracker a tad thicker than I like

Fresh Nova Scotia steamed lobster, drawn butter - 2+

Eggplant, sundried tomato & mascarpone raviolis: Tomato sauce, arugula & herb salad - 2+

Roasted Venison loin: Celeriac remoulade & Tuscan game jus - 2

Beets & Cambozola Salad: Grilled pears, arugula, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate vinaigrette - 2

Lamb "rack & roll": Red wine cabbage, rosemary jus - 2

J's comment > cheat from the chef. I asked for a medium rare, and whilst the pieces on top were fine, the pieces on the bottom we almost well done.

Paella: Shellfish, chorizo, saffron rice - 2

Bread and butter - 2

White wine & lavender poached pear: Dark chocolate pool - 2

J's comment > pear really hard; I prefer it soft
