Bison short rib pappardelle pasta: Slow-braised short ribs, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes & spinach, tossed in a creamy Madeira demi-sauce - 2+

Chef Bongo's Lobster bisque: creamy, rich lobster bisque infused with brandy, drizzled with lobster remoulade & orange vanilla creme fraiche - 2+

J's comment > just slightly watery, and not a lot of lobster chunks, but flavour really good
  
Okanagan goat cheese & fig souffle: Freshly baked souffle served with golden beet carpaccio, drizzled with maple truffle vinaigrette - 2+

J's comment > Goat cheese just a tad overwhelming, but loved the beets

Chef Bongo's famous African chicken peanut soup - 2+

Arugula & Fennel side salad: Organic arugula, shaved fennel, green apples, sweet bell peppers & shaved manchego cheese, tossed in roasted fennel seed & orange vinaigrette - 2

J's comment > I'm not partial to fennel or anything 'licorichy'.
