J's comment > the star of the dish was the spaetzle though. The pork was almost impossible to cut

Bone marrow, porcini, mustard seed - 2

J's comment > couldn't really taste the bone marrow with all the 'stuff' mixed in.

Pappardelle, chicken liver ragu - 2
