J's comment > this item appears to be a hit and miss, and isn't entirely consistently good. But when it's good, it's REALLY good.


Australian wagyu beef "iron show" - 2+

J's comment > The one we tried last time (pricier) was the beef from Kagoshima which was definitely a notch above. You can taste the difference in the quality of the meat. If you can splurge, do it for the better stuff.
