Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi: Pressed local salmon, jalapeño, miku sauce - 2+

Kaisen Soba Pepperoncino: Shrimp, squid, scallops, sweet pepper, shiitake mushroom, jalapeno, tempura bits, chili-garlic soy - 2+

J's comment > flavours reminiscent of chinese fried noodles, but very tasty
