A la minute smoked Skuna Bay salmon with maple matured sherry bourbon oak vinegar and avocado terrine - 3


Spot Prawns terrine with fermented black garlic, fiddled head ferns, lemon fluid gel - 3

Pan fried 8oz sous vide Australian lamb with grilled foraged ramps, La Risena Carnaroli risotto and port wine demi - 3

Spot Prawn carbonara with Geldermen farms pork belly, handmade linguine - 3

Spot Prawns & Spring Creek beef with pomme maxim and fava beans - 2

J's comment > beef was just a touch overdone, the pomme maxim looked good, but hard to actually break off.

Spot Prawns & arugula salad with black radish, almonds, citrus caviar - 2

Biscuits & butter - 3

Banana Split: Caramelized banana, vanilla ice cream, almond brittle, chocolate sauce - 2+

Tangerine Consomme with cardamom ice cream - 2+

Extra Note
My fav dessert, dulce de leche has been retired from the menu. Hopefully this is temporary :(
