J's comment > really tender, not as much fat as the Australian or Wagyu, but I prefer the Wagyu marble because I like rich foods

J's comment > not on the menu, just ask for 'non-nigiri style'

Bintoro nigiri: Albacore tuna - 2+

Daily Special: Risky Business Roll, Smoked salmon & salmon skin with avocado - 2

J's comment > Don't be afraid to ask questions about items on the menu; on the board it just read 'Risky Business Roll' (see menu below), so I asked the server what was in it, and she told me 'Salmon and avocado'. I erroneously didn't press and just assumed it was raw salmon, so it was a surprise when we got the above. I'm not a fan of salmon skin, hence the '2', but it was a pretty good roll.
