Duck Breast w fingerling potato hash, goat cheese, pancetta, truffle oil, haricot vert and cranberry port jus - 2+

J's comment > really well done, but Fable's just a tad better

Beef Tenderloin Wellington w garlic mash and grainy mustard marsala sauce - 2+

Scallop Ceviche w lime juice, red chile, minted watermelon, coconut foam and tobiko - 2

J's comment > it was good, but just a tad too spicy for my liking and I'm not a fan of tobiko

Coconut crumb crusted mascarpone white chocolate cheesecake with fuego banana rum sauce - 3
