Hamachi Carpaccio: Thinly sliced yellowtail, flame seared, citrus avocado sauce - 2+

Snow Crab & Heirloom Tomato Matcha Soba w garlic-dashi, shrimp, shaved fennel, shiso, wild arugula, green tea soba, served chilled - 2+

J's comment > FYI, this is a great item to cleanse your palate with between different types of nigiris.

Saikyo Miso Baked Suzuki (sea bass) w organic brown rice, brocolinni, japanese eggplant, wasabi pickles, yuzu-miso reduction - 2+

Per my theory 'the better the view, the crappier the food', I really hope Miku will continue to prove me wrong like it did tonight.
