Savarin: Dark rum soaked brioche,fresh seasonal fruit & whipped cream - 2+

Fromage au mousse blanc: Fromage blanc mousse, lemon curd & cassis linzer - 2+

Extra Comment
It was actually a nice combo to alternate bites between the Savarin and the Mousse.
