Tuna Nicoise, Freshly seared Ahi Tuna on a tapenade potato cake, garnished with a sweet Dijon dressing and scallions - 2

J's comment > the nest was not crispy like I imagine it was intended

Goats Cheese and Grape Truffles: Red grape wrapped in goats cheese and sprinkled with Pistachio dust - 2

Extra Note
The hors d'oeuvres were actually assembled by the in-house crew and not the staff from the Butler. The beers were provided by another source.
