Shaved Sakura Farms fatty beef short rib w Tom Yum broth, pickled green mango, scallion - 2

J's comment > beef was delish, but broth was average

Roasted cream of Autumn cauliflower soup w tarragon-butter poached humpback prawn, truffle, Meyer lemon - 2

Grilled Mount Lehman spatchcocked quail w potato rosti, seville orange, baby oyster mushrooms, duck fat brussels - 2

J's comment > potato rosti and the veggies were really good, quail was a pain to eat

Complimentary bread and olive oil -2
