Bison Tartare and Marrow: Bison tartar, bone marrow, crispy rice - 2+

J's comment > still very good, but I guess I lucked out with the bone today as there wasn't as much marrow as the previous visit on Sep 3, 2013.

Crispy Pork Belly: Hong kong bbq style, w maple hoisin sauce - 2+

J's comment > Not as fatty as the previous visit, but skin still delish.

La mein: Tofu medley, olives, sea sprouts in wok tossed noodles - 2+

J's comment > noodles had an excellent texture

Steam Buns - 2

J's comment > Not as soft and fluffy as previous visit.

Yin and Yang: Milk tea, lychee and white chocolate panna cotta - 2+

J's comment > oh so pretty!!! I favour the lychee dominant one (bottom) just a bit more. If the panna cotta was a smidgen not so firm, it would have been a 3.
