Aldergrove Mok Ribs: Chef Mok secret BBQ sauce, full rack of pork back ribs, fresh corn bread, sesame cilantro red cabbage coleslaw - 2+

J's comment > very tender, but needs a tad more flavour in the ribs; without the sauce, it's kinda bland

Peace Country Lamb Chop: Roasted house made fennel lamb sausage, pan seared lamb chop, navy bean ragout - 2+

J's comment > crust of the lamb too salty, but lamb was cooked well

Foie Gras: Pan seared foie gras on house made brioche, blueberry compote, field green salad, candied walnut, raisin - 2

Escargot: Sauteed in parsley garlic butter, white wine, tomato concasse, puff pastry - 2

Dark Chocolate Mousse Tree: An edible tree (cotton candy) w a mango lava centre surrounded by Belgian dark chocolate mousse - 2+

Crepe Suzette: Mario's vanilla gelato enveloped by two fresh crepes and covered in beurre suzette - 2

Pineapple juice - 2

Belgian Blossom: Fresh orange, almond syrup, grapefruit, lemonade - 2

Up Xoxolat Martini w scotch - 2

Extra Comment

This was part of the 2013 Taste of Yaletown. Also, Cache will be keeping this $38 'set menu' after TOY 2013, whereby you can order any appy (few exceptions that you need to add a few $), main and dessert.
