J's comment > quite tender meat actually, alas I don't like cilantro

J's comment > flavour actually OK, but skin stuck to everything, impossible to eat neatly

#35 Pan fried radish cake - 2

J's comment > no jus at all, skin obviously too thick, barely any meat inside

J's comment > salty and tough to chew
