Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi: Pressed local wild salmon, jalapeno, miku sauce - 3

J's comment > for some reason, I think Minami's Abusi Salmon Oshi has the slightest edge over Miku's.

Wagyu Beef Cha-Soba: Wagyu beef bolognaise, tempura oyster mushroom, scallions, garlic dashi, green tea soba - 2+

J's comment > this tasted exactly like it looks: spaghetti bolognese. Not Japanese in the slightest, but very tasty.
