Albacore Toro Nigiri - 2+

J's comment > I prefer the Albacore Toro over the Blue Fin Tuna Otoro (below) because the Albacore Toro is more like just pure 'fat' (think butter). The Blue Fin Tuna Otoro is more marble fat, and whilst I appreciate and agree that the texture is more superior to the Albacore Toro, don't forget that I like to eat butter straight up.

Blue Fin Tuna Otoro nigiri - 2+

Blue Fin Tuna Akami sashimi (complimentary) - 2+

Tamago Nigiri - 2+

Blue Fin Tuna broth ramen - 2+

J's comment > the noodles were oh so tender and bouncy

Kanpachi nigiri - 2+

J's comment > I still prefer my beloved Hamachi (unfortunately they were out of this today)

Black Kingfish Toro nigiri - 2+

J's comment > the texture of the fish is firmer than the Albacore Toro, I prefer it more buttery.

Spinach Gomaae made w homemade black sesame sauce - 2+

Barley tea brulee w wasabi macaron - 2+

Vanilla & almond tea (complimentary) - 2+

J's comment > this tea paired very well with the dessert, and although I don't usually like vanilla or almond infused teas, this was good.
