Artisanal Thai sweets @ Silom Complex

Thai sweet crepe w peanut floss - 2+

J's comment > very interesting dessert; you grab a chunk of the peanut floss on the left and put it on the crepe, then roll it up to eat -> like peking duck! Sorry guys, don't know the official name of this dessert. If you know it, please let me know so I can update.


Coconut (sample) - 2+

J's comment > this is a beautifully cut up piece of the coconut flesh you usually have difficulty scooping out of your finished coconut husk. I think the artisan somehow added more coconut flesh by way of puree or some other way and then molded it into this pretty rose.

Egg pastry (sample) - 2


Grass jelly (?) drink - 2

J's comment > a tad sweet for my liking


Egg yolk floss - 2

J's comment > flavor very similar to the egg yolk you get in moon cakes, but without the lotus seed paste, just seems 'off''.

Bean cakes - 2
