Hubbard and red kuri squash soup w sage, honey & curry infused oil - 2+

J's comment > very tasty and you can totally taste the honey!

Wood grilled albacore tuna w spinach, cannelini beans, pesto and green nocella olives - 2

J's comment > tuna was cooked perfectly, but no flavor

Roast sirloin of beef w root vegetables and sieflinde potatoes roasted in the wood fired oven, rosemary and garlic, balsamic vinegar and olive oil - 2

J's comment > again, well cooked, but beef was a bit on the tough end to chew

Giant pacific neon flying squid, grilled over alder w chili, watercress, borlotti beans and lemon - 2

J's comment > very tender squid, not tough at all, but just the slightest bit 'fishy'; also I don't think the beans paired very well. Perhaps grilled polenta instead?

Casarecce al ragu: Slow cooked bolognese sauce w parmesan - 2

J's comment > pasta was average, needs more sauce

Rolls and foccacia w olive tapenade - 2

Coconut Pannacotta: White chocolate mousse, lemon curd and toasted coconut - 3

J's comment > 3 letters: O.M.G.!

Tiramisu: House made lady fingers soaked in kahlua and espresso - 2+

J's comment > very moist and tasty; hands down the strongest espresso-soaked tiramisu I've ever had. Each bite tasted like a shot of espresso.

Story of the dome

So one of our party members left the table just as our entrees arrived. Our server immediately proceeded to whip out these domes to cover our dishes as we waited for our member to return. I have never seen this level of service and attention before! Well done on this front CinCin!
