J's comment > the skin doesn't stick!

Siu Mai: Steamed prawn and pork dumpling topped w flying fish roe - 2

Pea tips in supreme broth - 2+

Wu Gok: Taro & mince pork - 2

J's comment > a lot stiffer than I remember from previous visits, not fluffy and light at all

BBQ puff pastry - 2

J's comment > same comment for the Wu Gok above

Deep fried chicken joint cartilage - 2

J's comment > the oil tasted 'old'

Shao long bao: Steamed pork dumpling filled w consomme - 2

J's comment > pork filling had a tad too much ginger, skin could be thinner

E-fu noodle w abalone sauce - 2

J's comment > too salty, noodles cooked well though

Sauteed pork jowl meat w pineapple and pickled ginger - 2

J's comment > tad too salty

J's comment > red bean was way too dry
