Bombas: Braised pork belly, vietnamese caramel - 2+

J's comment > very tasty, these pieces were just the slightest bit more on the meaty than the fatty side.

Califato Fritters: Deep fried purple eggplant, rojo/verde - 2+

Fire Roasted Chickpeas w hot smoked, paprika dust (complimentary) - 2+

J's comment > loved the thin outer layer crisp

Calabaza: Roasted kabocha sqaush, chorizo - 2

Duck Confit Croquette w fig & ginger jam - 2

J's comment > a nice crisp exterior, but duck was dry on the inside, and you really need to slather on the jam to taste the jam with the duck confit

Potato Crusted Wings: Brined, crusted, achiote reduction - 2

J's comment > a good fry really, but dang this was way too salty!

Surf & Turf '23': Flank steak, chimichurri, sauteed pacific oyster - 2

J's comment > steak a tad chewy, not much flavour, also salty, oyster... not a fan cooked and this didn't change my mind

Halibut Pincho w asaparagus, citrus-vanilla - 2

J's comment > Halibut overcooked

Churros w house-made vanilla ice cream - 2+

J's comment > seriously best churro I've ever had

Almond Crusted Goat Cheese w orange blossom honey - 2
