Esarn pork neck steak: Grilled marinated pork neck served w chili sauce & sticky rice - 2

J's comment > pork juicy and flavorful, but had a funny taste.

Duck Cordon Bleu: Deep fried stuffed duck breast w ham and mozzarella cheese - 2

Chicken teriyaki steak: Grilled chicken thigh served w teriyaki sauce - 2

Beef and alligator steak - 2

J's comment > the amt of black pepper sauce made it impossible to tell which was which

Ostrich steak - 2
