Milk Chocolate, Passion Fruit cake - 2+

J's comment > has a nice crisp bottom layer, but unfortunately it's 'glued' down w chocolate to the board (to prevent the top of the cake from sliding I imagine, but this made it quite difficult to take pieces out). The passion fruit part of the cake definitely cut through the cake; very well done - rich, but in a good way.
