Southern Fried Chicken: Two day marinated buttermilk Rossdown Farms fried chicken, Cajun honey butter drizzle, mash & beans - 3

J's comment > as Chewies' signature dish, this dish definitely lives up to its reputation; mash was also really yummy.

Beef Brisket: Applewood smoked angus beef brisket, sweet potato mash, coleslaw, house made spicy BBQ sauce - 2+

Pan Seared Calamari: Local Humboldt squid, cucumber jalapeno mint salad - 2+

Beet Salad: Mixed greens, candied pecans, herb goat cheese - 2+

Jambalaya: House smoked chicken, andouille sausage, prawns, tasso ham, spicy Cajun rice - 2

Buck a shuck Fanny Bay oysters - 2

Buttermilk biscuits w Cajun honey butter drizzle - 2
