The machine that supposedly allows you to self serve but we got seated by a staff member because of the sheer number of people in line. |
Extra Comment
A most interesting concept where you are expected to eat the ramen in solitude so as to 'eliminate all distractions'. We got in line at 9:45pm and had to wait for 45 mins. We asked a staff member what time is the best to come and she said 3 - 4pm, when the line is shorter. Note, shorter, not 'gone'. She said there is always a line at Ichiran, despite it being open 24/7.
