Stir-fried thick noodles w beef - 3

J's comment > OMG, Vancouver has nothing on this dish. Piping hot to the last bite, oh-so-tender noodles, actually chewable beef, no complaints at all.

Sparribs w black beans & chicken feet w rice hot pot (bo tsai fan) - 2

J's comment > flavors a tad bland, the rice was just a smidgen burnt at the bottom

J's comment > has a weird after taste to it, just like the froth on the milk tea @ Gong Cha

J's comment > after seeing this so much in period Chinese dramas, I just had to try it. Check on my bucket list!

Gong Cha

Gong cha milk tea - 2+

J's comment > I'm not entirely sure what the foam is (Gong Cha's signature), but it has a weirdish taste to it and I won't say I'm a fan of it. Nonetheless, the milk tea was very good.


Freshly squeezed sugar cane juice - 2+

Extra Comment
Due to time restrictions, I just decided to lump all my eatings in Mong Kok into this one entry.
