Yak Momo - 2+

J's comment > the soup that these momos came with were slightly better than the actual Y & Y soup you can order off of the menu (see below)

Duck fried w ginger: Locally raised duck meat fried w ginger and herbs - 2

J's comment > a tad too salty, and I thought we would be getting an actual piece of duck, not minced duck meat. Nonetheless, the flavors in the this dish works altogether.

Lamb Chop: Grilled lamb chops marinated in red wine, yogurt & spices - 2

J's comment > good lamb chops, but the sides underneath were slightly charred (not as bad as the chicken sizzler below, but still bad)

Chicken Sizzler: Free run chicken mixed w natural spices & green herbs - 2

J's comment > didn't realize it was chicken curry... noodles were burnt

Y & Y Soup: Himalayan style special bone soup served w Tingmo (Tibetan Bread) - 2

J's comment > the soup was heavy w cilantro which I'm not a fan of, and although the cilantro in the other dishes were passable for me, it didn't really work in this soup. Tingmo was soft and lovely w a dipping sauce.

Mango Lassi - 3

J's comment > dare I say a better mango lassi than most Indian restaurants, has a bit of cardamom in it
