Roasted beet salad w ricotta, hazelnuts, honey, hard cooked egg - 2

J's comment > pretty tasty for beets, but well, it's still just beets... egg was cooked beautifully though, despite being  'hard cooked' the egg white was still very tender. BTW, the hazelnuts is the sprinkling on top of the beets.

Classic: Free range eggs, fennel sausage, crispy potato - 2

J's comment > we requested a substitution of the fennel sausage for the regular sausage

Salsiccia Pizza: Fennel sausage, arugula, chilies, parmigiano reggiano - 2

Pompei: Grapefruit soda, orange juice - 2
