'Cassoulet': Crispy skin pork belly, house-made duck breast sausage, navy beans, confit tomato - 2

J's comment > skin wasn't crispy in the least, pork belly was waaaay more fat than meat, a VERY far cry from Oakwood, the rest of the items on the dish were OK though.


Smoked Beef Brisket w mustard pearl, gaufrette potato, Paris mash - 2


Wild Boar Terrine w house-made brioche, pickled chanterelle, endive, apple chutney - 2


Arctic Char w smoked Denman Island mussels, English peas, roasted shallot, celeriac - 2

J's comment > fish was definitely stinky in the worst way


Panna Cotta: Cultured cream lavender panna cotta, aerated candy sponge, almond cranberry biscotti - 2+

J's comment > one of the best panna cotta's I've had in a while


Chewy flax seed caramel, hazelnut whiskey ice cream, chocolate brownie - 2

J's comment > ice cream very yummy


Driftwood Farmhand Belgian Ale 5.5% (Victoria) - 2+

J's comment > nice and light


Whiskey Sour: Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup - 2


Driftwood Fat Tug IPA 7% (Victoria) - 2

J's comment > had hops, not a fan
