J's comment > I'm so disappointed... this dish was a 3 for me last visit (Dec 29, 2012), but alas, no longer. Technically cooked well, its actually not bad, but a bit on the dry side (as most braised short ribs are); polenta was very yummy though! |

J's comment > note that Federico's is only serving up the Dine Out menu during the Dine Out festival, like Oakwood and Chambar, but Federico's Dine Out menu actually has a lot of items straight from their regular menu. |
