Pappardelle in Ragu: Antico house-made fresh flat ribbon pasta, beef ragu, parmiggiano reggiano - 2

Galletto Arrosto con Rapini Patate in Salsa d’Arancia e Salvia: Grilled cornish-hen served with roasted potatoes and rapini, finished with orange and sage saffron sauce - 2

Crostini Di Carne Cruda: Beef tenderloin tartar crostini with black truffle zabaglione -2

J's comment > not bad, but totally didn't get the truffle flavor

Fagioli all’ucceletto e Salsiccia: Roasted sausage, Tuscan style cannellini beans, sage and tomato - 2

J's comment > sausage not bad, but still kinda average for me

Brasato Di Manzo con Polenta Soffice Al Gorgonzola: Braised beef short ribs served with soft gorgonzola polenta and red wine sauce - 2

J's comment > I'm so disappointed... this dish was a 3 for me last visit (Dec 29, 2012), but alas, no longer. Technically cooked well, its actually not bad, but a bit on the dry side (as most braised short ribs are); polenta was very yummy though!

Antipasto Rustico Vegetariano: Assorted marinated grilled vegetables, olives, artichokes, fresh herbed ricotta - 2

Timballo Di Spigola Al Forno in Salsa Mediterranea: Baked Mediterranean seabass timbale served with crushed tomato, capers, and olive sauce, basil olive oil - 2

Spaghetti con Capuliato Ragusano: Spaghetti with Sicilian sundried tomato pesto, toasted bread crumbs, garlic, basil - 2

Bucatini all’ Amatriciana: Spaghetti-style pasta in pork cheek (guanciale) and onion tomato sauce, red chili pepper, Pecorino Romano - 2

Risotto di Mare: Italian Carnaroli rice served with calamari, clams, mussels, shrimps, white wine - 2

Complimentary bread and butter (unsalted) - 2

Tiramisu All’arancia: Layered orange dipped lady fingers, mascarpone cheese mousse finished with crumbled pistacchios - 2+

J's comment > very good tiramisu despite the lack of coffee (but then that's indicated in the description already)

Salame al Cioccolato: Dark chocolate and cantuccini salami, Marsala macerated berries - 2

J's comment > not bad really, just that at the core it's still really thick chocolate; macerated berries were lovely

Budino al Caramello: Butterscotch pudding, sea salt, whipping cream - 2

J's comment > didn't taste much of the butterscotch...

Cannolo Siciliano: Fried sweet dough shell filled with fresh local ricotta cheese, pistachio, and candy orange peel - 2

Romance Martini: Absolut vodka, red passion alize, peach schnapps, soda - 2

J's comment > note that Federico's is only serving up the Dine Out menu during the Dine Out festival, like Oakwood and Chambar, but Federico's Dine Out menu actually has a lot of items straight from their regular menu.
