Tacos (left to right)

Chuck: House-seasoned ground chuck, salsa - 2+

Earl: Southwest roasted chicken, salsa - 2

Pink: White shrimp, chimmichurri, tomatillo sauce - 2

Top: Sides of sour cream & guacamole - 2+

J's comment > the Chuck was quite tasty, definitely a winner in this batch; the shrimp in the Pink were OK, but the sauce was tad too sour (in the wrong way too) for me; Earl was really average; still, glad I cam across the Chuck, will get this when I want a switch from La Taqueria's Carnitas & Al Pastor.

Bolsa Soup: Traditional posole style soup w handmade chorizo wontons - 2

J's comment > essentially a tomato soup; wontons had a chunk of dough equal to the size of the chorizo inside it (not sure if this is the 'Mexican style', but I prefer the traditionally wrapped Chinese wontons that have a thin wrapper around the filling.
