Paula Dean White Trash Trainwreck: 70% dark chocolate ganache w condensed milk, salted kettle chips and vanilla whipped cream - 2+

72% dark chocolate wafer - 2

J's comment > OMG, if it's melted liquid chocolate you're going for, this is definitely the one. The Paula Dean is definitely more molten chocolate than 'hot chocolate', something I'd prefer any day. Rich for sure, yet not overwhelmingly sweet (I find that's the case w all the Mink chocolates I've tasted, very well done on this point Mink). I don't think the chips worked though, it just soaks up the chocolate faster than you can eat it, turning them into soggy bits. Maybe ask the staff to put the chips on the side?

Bacon & Eggs: Hand speckled eggs w smoked bacon in dark chocolate - 2

J's comment > not overly sweet w subtle flavor of bacon (though you can definitely taste the texture of the bacon in the centre)
