Poutine: Granville Island maple cream ale gravy, Quebec cheese curds, garlic aioli, scallions - 2

J's comment > fries pretty tasty, cheese curds also good

Duck Duo: Brome Lake duck breast, carrot puree, sauteed swiss chard, duck croquette, blueberry balsamic jus - 2

J's comment > duck cooked OK, but croquette better than the actual duck breast...

Baby back pork ribs: Slow braised w maple whiskey BBQ sauce, creamy slaw, french fries - 2

Seafood Chowder w mussels, clams, catch of the day, corn, baby potatoes, smoked bacon, fresh dill - 2

Bison Carpaccio w crisp bannock, blueberry balsamic gastrique, gainy mustard, shaved parmesan, olive oil, arugula - 2

J's comment > could barely taste the carpaccio under all the heavy flavors

Nanaimo Bar: Peanut butter custard, coconut, nutella ganache - 2

Most interesting! The tablet-like items are actually dehydrated towelettes that you dunk in water to transform into hand wipes
