Tan Tan Noodles (Noodles in soup w peanuts) - 2+

Tea Smoked Duck (Deep Fried Marinated Duck, full) - 2+

Pan fried egg white & crab meat - 2+

Sauteed sliced lamb w cumin - 2+

Diced Chicken w chili sauce & peanut - 2+

Braised jumbo meat balls w vegetable - 2

J's comment > meatballs tad too soft/crumbly, but flavor not bad

Shanghai style pan fried thick noodle w shredded pork & soy sauce - 2

Sauteed prawn w salted egg yolk - 2

J's comment > good, but the shells were all left on, so all the egg yolk was stuck on the shells which you peel off and lose the effect (or if you like, can chew through)

Shao long bao (Steamed shanghai dumplings) - 2

J's comment > not bad, but skin pops really easily; flavor could be slightly more intense

Tofu w crab meat - 2

J's comment > really good textures, but would like a stronger crab flavor to this dish

Pan fried rice cake w shredded pork & seasonal vegetable - 2

J's comment > not bad, but rice cake could be a little 'crisper'; this looks and tastes like the rice cakes were boiled instead of fried

Dried scallops w egg whites fried rice - 2

Sweet & Sour rock cod - 2

J's comment > got more batter than fish; in fact, can't taste the fish at all

Stir fried pea tip - 2

Wild vegetables w bean curd & celery - 2

Hot and Sour soup - 1

Sweeten rice balls - 2

J's comment > not bad, but would like more of the fermented alcohol flavor
