Grilled natural pork tenderloin w grainy dijon smashed yukon golds, smoke bacon, red wine fig reduction - 3

J's comment > OMG!!! The tenderest pork I've ever had! Totally on par w the prime beef tenderloin @ Diva at the Met that I had last April. I came back expecting the same pork tenderloin I had from last year's dine out (totally not the same), but nonetheless equally mind-blowing.

Smoked salmon & trout rillettes w capers, shallots and crostini - 2+

J's comment > not fishy at all! Really really tasty

Warm spiced fig cake w frangelico toffee sauce & chantilly cream - 2+

J's comment > absolutely fab, just a tad denser in the centre than the rest of the cake which was oh-so-fluffy.
