Passionfruit Cake: Passionfruit mousse, white genoise, passionfruit gelée - 2+

Tart Cafe Creme: Butter sablé, coffee crunch, coffee pastry cream, vanilla chantilly, cocoa nib nougatine - 2+

J's comment > Thierry's tart base is just amazing (see my fav tart ever here), the coffee isn't very strong though, but if you like heavy cream and the crispest tart base, then this is definitely the one for you.
