Trio of Chocolate: The base of this hot chocolate is 66% Mokaya chocolate by Michel Cluizel. Served with a disk of 45% Kayambe milk chocolate and white chocolate ice cream - 2+ J's comment > an almost perfect balance of the molten chocolate from Mink and a regular milk-based milky hot chocolate; the little hazelnut cream puff was really tasty too, but tasted slightly of fridge; this particular hot chocolate will be available January 18 - January 31 |
