Valentine's Tart: Shell of dark chocolate sable pastry w a layer of Valrhona Caraibe dark chocolate, filled with raspberry crème, topped w a quenelle of dark chocolate namelaka & finished w fresh raspberries & heart shaped decorations - 2

J's comment > loved the sable pastry tart shell, but the creme could have been thicker, pairing of raspberry and chocolate is really average... Chef Kozinko, I know you can do better ;)
