Angus beef bavette steak, roasted winter vegetables, fried eggs, brandy and peppercorn sauce - 2+

J's comment > very tender steak

Smoked mackerel on toast, mayonnaise, fingerling potatoes, soft boiled egg - 2

J's comment > not bad really, being impartial to mackerel, this was most acceptable

Freshly squeezed heirloom apple juice - 2

J's comment > kinda bland, might be the no sugar added, or the fact that the ice watered my apple juice down; FYI, I really detest these underhanded, sneaky ways of cutting costs - if I asked for apple juice, I want a WHOLE glass of JUST apple juice, not apple juice + ice; if I wanted ice, I would have asked for it.
