Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek Poutine: Merlot braised Albertain beef cheeks, house cut fries, caramelized onions, fresh cheese curds, and pickled mushrooms - 2+ J's comment > quite tasty for a poutine; somehow the fries retained some of its crispness despite sitting in the jus (no easy feat mind you); cheese curds pulled apart nicely instead of clumping all together like it usually does.
