J's comment > Boohoohooo... not sure why the nigiris tonight just didn't measure up to the past successes :(

J's comment > bummer... not nearly as good as last visit's :(, a tad chewier and a tad heavier on the seasoning on top

J's comment > good and definitely better than Joyeaux Cafe's this afternoon, but the deep frying oil left a weird aftertaste on the chicken, and the wings were a tad salty

Gomaae - 2

Wagyu beef rice pizza w truffle mayo, onion salad - 2

J's comment > this totally didn't work as well as I think Sada-san wanted it to; the flavor of the wagyu was completely overwhelmed by the truffle, and the rice wasn't crispy as expected

J's comment > the souffle was a bit of a letdown - it was more eggy and bubbly than creamy and smooth, thought there were traces of Grand Marnier for sure

Sake kasu raisin ice cream w grapes, lemon jello, lemon olive oil cake - 2

J's comment > not bad, loved the popped crispy rice bits, but lacked something...
