Queso y Pollo Pibil Quesadilla: Cheese & slow roasted chicken - 2+

J's comment > very well done - very cheesy w the kind of cheese that stays gooey and not coagulates when it starts to cool down, cheese filled to the edges; tortilla held up well and didn't fall apart w a borderline crispness to it that worked fabulously as a quesadilla.

Carne Asada Taco: Grilled beef (w cheese) - 2+

J's comment > the potato chips were much better than the tortilla chips

Guacamole dip - 2

J's comment > not bad, but avocado chunks were really big, I prefer it chunky, but not THAT chunky.

Cordero Al Cilantro Sopes / Huaraches: Lamb marinated in onion and cilantro - 2

J's comment > the base was really hard and tough to break through; stuff on top was a tad salty

Soup of the day - 2

J's comment > these are some of the complimentary sauces that you can help yourself to on the sidebar, but warning! They are ALL spicy.
