Green Curry Chicken Bowl (mini): Rossdown Farms chicken simmered in coconut green curry w mixed veg, served on SMAK rice w crunchy Thai slaw - 2+

J's comment > WOW! I honestly didn't expect much of this healthy food joint, but I was totally blown away w the flavors in this dish! Ironically, I love the nuttiness of wild, brown and red rice (the 'healthy' versions to regular white rice), so the SMAK rice (made of brown and red) definitely hit the spot for me. The flavor of the curry was spot on too, and actually not terribly spicy.

BBQ Pork Bowl (mini): Slow-roasted BBQ pulled pork made w all-natural Gelderman Farms pork, served over SMAK rice topped w Thai slaw - 2

J's comment > again, loved the rice, but the pork was strangely sweet, not bad, but not exactly fab like the curry above either.

Mango Lassi: Mango, mint, yogurt, banana, mango puree, rose water, topped w ice & apple juice - 2

J's comment > interesting blend concept (and smart too!): you pick up one of the pre-portioned cups below in the fridge so that the counter staff just quickly tosses it in the blender - this way you know what is going in and the staff saves time in not having to measure out the ingredients when you order; flavorwise though, I've had much tastier mango lassi, this one was more on the subtle not-so-mangoey-but-more-yogurty side.
