Daily special: Roasted duck breast w confit of leg perogies, white cabbage in confit, quince chutney, shitake mushrooms, thyme jus - 2+

 J's comment > mushrooms were heavenly, simply bursting w butter richness :):); perogies very well made; duck breast slightest bit overdone, but still good

BC Albacore Tuna Tartar: Jade radish's, sunflower seeds, lime vinaigrette - 2+

J's comment > not a single tendon in the tuna, very well done - tasted fresh and melted like butter in my mouth

Complimentary amuse bouche: Charred onion w fennel & parsnip puree - 2+

J's comment > the onion was done really well, not stinging at all

Kushi oysters - 2

J's comment > not bad, definitely fresh, but my favs are summer breeze

Complimentary bread and butter

Housemade Irish soda bread - 2+

Sourdough - 2

Warm Quince & Walnut Cake w honey milk sorbet, oat streusel, olive oil crisp - 2+

J's comment > very tasty, reminded me of Siena's warm spiced fig cake which was I think just marginally better

Complimentary chocolate shooter - 2+

J's comment > good, but size of spoon made it a bit awkward to get at the lil bit of chocolate in the centre.
